Welcome to use our services (including but not limited to our applications FunnyFM, Boon!, hereinafter referred to as "Services"). The publisher of this statement is AnsiosoLab.
Please read carefully and fully understand the following terms. 1.5 Users should abide by all the terms of this agreement and use the services we provide legally and reasonably; otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to users in accordance with this agreement.
1.6 We reserve the right to revoke the account used by the user at any time.
2. Rules of Use
2.1 Users are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the login information used in our services. Users must not impersonate others; must not publish any information in the name of others; must not maliciously use accounts to mislead other users.
2.2 The services we provide are a platform for information sharing, dissemination, and acquisition. Information published by users through the services we provide is public information, which can be accessed by other third parties through the services we provide. Users acknowledge that the publication of any information constitutes the recognition of such information as public information and independently bear legal responsibilities for such actions; any information that users do not want other third parties to know should not be published on the services we provide.
2.3 Users undertake not to engage in activities that violate Chinese laws and social ethics directly or indirectly through the services we provide. We have the right to delete content that violates the above commitments.

The services we provide are a platform for information acquisition, sharing, and dissemination. We respect and encourage user-generated content and recognize the importance of protecting intellectual property rights to the survival and development of the services we provide. We promise to protect intellectual property rights as one of the basic principles of operating the services we provide.
3.1 All original content posted by users on the services we provide (including but not limited to discussions and comments) belongs to the users themselves. Users can authorize third parties to use it in any way without the consent of the services we provide.
3.2 If third parties reprint original content posted by users on the services we provide outside of the services for non-commercial purposes, they should prominently indicate the original author's name (or the username used by the original author on the services we provide) at the beginning of the work, provide the original link of the services we provide, and indicate "Published on the services we provide," without modifying or deducing the work. If it is necessary to modify the work or use it for commercial purposes, third parties should contact the user to obtain separate authorization and use the content in accordance with the user's specified method.
3.3 Users should ensure that the content uploaded or published on the services we provide is owned by the copyright owner or has been legally authorized, and this content will not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If a third party raises objections regarding copyright, the services we provide have the right to delete the relevant content based on the actual situation and have the right to pursue the user's legal responsibilities. 3.4 If any third party infringes the rights of users of the services we provide, users agree to authorize the services we provide or their designated agents to warn, complain, initiate administrative law enforcement, litigation, appeals, or negotiate and settle with the third party on behalf of the services we provide or users, and users agree to participate in joint protection when the services we provide deem it necessary.
3.5 The services we provide have the right but not the obligation to review the content posted by users and have the right to handle infringing information based on relevant evidence combined with the "Tort Liability Law," the "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Information Network Transmission," and other laws, regulations, and guidelines provided by the services we provide.
4. Personal Privacy
4.1 Except for legal requirements or authorization obtained from users in advance, the services we provide guarantee not to publicly disclose or disclose users' personal privacy information to third parties or non-public content stored by users when using the services. At the same time, to operate and improve the technology and services we provide, the services we provide may collect, use, or provide non-personal privacy information of users to third parties, which will help us provide users with better user experience and service quality.
5. Disclaimer

6.1 In accordance with the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, or due to the needs of business development, the services we provide have the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement. Once the content of this agreement is changed, the services we provide will publish the modified agreement content on the website, and this publication will be deemed as notification to users of the modified content. The services we provide may also use internal messaging to inform users of changes to agreement terms, service changes, or other important matters.
6.2 If users do not agree with the modifications made by the services we provide to the relevant terms of this agreement, they have the right and should stop using the services we provide. If users continue to use the services we provide, it will be deemed that they accept the modifications made by the services we provide to the relevant terms of this agreement.
